
OUR STORY
With over 25 years of experience in men’s and women’s basketball and football etc. Ashley Truesdale is a dedicated sports leader, mentor, and youth development advocate committed to building pathways for student-athletes both on and off the court. Ashley has served three (3) years as a volunteer coach under the Howard University Women’s Basketball coaching staff, contributing to player development, program operations, and athlete mentorship at the Division I level.
She also brings three years of high school varsity coaching experience with T.C. Williams High School, where she helped develop competitive student-athletes while emphasizing academic accountability, discipline, and leadership. Her passion extends beyond competition into youth development initiatives and higher education programming, where she actively mentors young athletes, supports leadership training, and advocates for equitable access to sports and academic opportunities.
Through the AT Sports Pathway & Leadership Foundation, Ashley is dedicated to empowering youth through mentorship, sports exposure, NIL education, leadership development, and holistic growth programming designed to prepare the next generation for success in sports, education, and life.
